Scope

This page describes the SymbolHelper tools and website. SymbolHelper is managed by Dalil. Contact azeddine@dalil.dev with privacy questions.

Searches and copied characters

Symbol searches and copy actions are processed in your browser. The tools do not send those searches or copied characters to our server. The recent-copy list is held in memory while the page remains open; it is not saved in browser storage. Copying a character places it on your device clipboard, which is handled by your device and applications.

Hosting and routine logs

The site is hosted by Hostinger. Requests to load the website may create routine server and security logs, which can include IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and timestamps. These support website delivery, reliability, and security. See Hostinger’s privacy policy for its practices.

Cookies and third-party services

The public symbol tools do not need an account or a tracking cookie. WordPress may use cookies for administrators and login sessions. We have not added advertising or analytics tracking to these tools. If those services are introduced, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.

Email and external links

If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. We use the details you provide to respond and address the request. External links lead to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices.

Your requests

You can ask about personal information you have provided to us, request a correction, or request deletion by email. Retention depends on the purpose of the information and applicable obligations. We do not need your personal information for you to use the copying tools.
